asked as per a news paper attached herewith the Application.
1.) Kindly furnish a faire/ zerox copy
of FIR (First Information Report) has been filled on Roujan Police Station or
any nearby sub- station against the MLA have named- Shri Bhudeo Choudhary is a
representative to legislature of State of Bihar government elected in Bihar
Election 2020 by the voters of Dhoraiya Constituency (160).
2.) Kindly furnish full details about
of such incidents has noted against such MLA . 3.) Kindly provide the Official
details of the concerned Police Station Officer and the Details of the
concerned Superintendents of police under Section 8 (2) of RTI Act 2005)
3.) Kindly furnish the details of
eyewitness or deponent to the such incident.
4.) Kindly Furnish any updated details
has yet been processed in above described subjected matters to make help on
further processing.
